Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), for the purposes of performing any function or exercising any power under or in relation to this Chapter, the Commission for Children and Young People may have, and must be given, access to any document or information relating to an exercise of the transport power or the related powers and duties under Part 3.2 that is kept by the Chief Commissioner of Police.
(2) The Commission for Children and Young People may only access an audio or audio visual record obtained from the use of a body-worn camera (within the meaning of section 3(1) of the Surveillance Devices Act 1999 ) or a tablet computer by a police officer acting in the course of the police officer's duty for the purpose of, or in connection with, the preparing of a transport power report.
