YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 780

    (1)     In section 3B(1)(c) of the Bail Act 1977 —

        (a)     omit "at common law";

        (b)     for "10 years of age or over but under 14 years of age" substitute "12 or 13 years of age".

    (2)     At the foot of section 3B(1)(c) of the Bail Act 1977 insert —

See section 11 of the Youth Justice Act 2024 .".
