Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf immediately before the commencement day, a person is in custody within the meaning of section 464(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 for an offence allegedly committed when the person was 10 or 11 years of age, on the commencement day—
(a) any questioning or other investigation of the person for the purpose of determining whether to charge the person for that offence must cease; and
(b) the person must be unconditionally released from custody.
