Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person or body approved under section 757 to conduct one or more types of group conference may employ or contract a person to convene group conferences.
(2) A person must not be employed or contracted as a convenor of a group conference unless the person has relevant knowledge of or experience in—
(a) restorative justice approaches and processes; and
(b) working with children.
