YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 755

Establishment or abolition of youth justice custodial centre

The Governor in Council, by notice published in the Government Gazette, may do either or both of the following—

        (a)     establish a youth justice custodial centre;

        (b)     abolish a youth justice custodial centre.
