Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Children's Court may require a child to appear before the Court at a specified time and place for an enforcement hearing by written notice served on the child, if—
(a) a CAYPINS time to pay order or a CAYPINS enforcement order is made in respect of the child; and
(b) for a period of more than one month the child defaults in the payment of—
(i) an amount ordered to be paid; or
(ii) any instalment of an amount ordered to be paid.
(2) At an enforcement hearing, the Children's Court may make any order that it could make under section 257.
