Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must cause to be published on the Department's Internet site the prescribed information relating to the accountability measures that have been developed to improve outcomes for Aboriginal children and young persons.
(2) The prescribed information must include details of—
(a) the steps taken to improve outcomes for Aboriginal children and young persons; and
(b) whether those outcomes are being achieved.
(3) The prescribed information must be published annually.
