Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Youth Parole Board may refer a child or young person who is serving a custodial sentence for an assessment as to whether it is appropriate for the child or young person to participate in a parole stage group conference.
(2) A referral under subsection (1) must be made to an approved service provider that is approved to conduct parole stage group conferences.
