Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a notice to attend a meeting of the Youth Parole Board is issued to a child or young person who is detained in a youth justice custodial centre, the Board may give a written direction to the Secretary that—
(a) the child or young person be brought to a place equipped with facilities to enable the child or young person to appear before the Board by audio visual link; or
(b) the child or young person be brought before the Board—
as required by the notice to attend.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) must be in the prescribed form (if any).
