Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A member of the Youth Parole Board or the secretary of the Youth Parole Board is not personally liable for any thing done or omitted to be done in good faith in relation to any function conferred on the Board under this Act or any other Act.
(2) Any liability resulting from an act or omission that would, but for subsection (1), attach to the member of the Youth Parole Board or to the secretary of the Youth Parole Board attaches instead to the Crown.
