Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA child who is held in custody in a police gaol has a right to make a confidential complaint, and to receive support to make that complaint, to the Chief Commissioner of Police or an oversight entity about the standard of care, accommodation or treatment which the child is receiving in the police gaol.
