Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The principal officer of an Aboriginal youth justice agency may apply to VCAT for review of a decision of the Secretary made on an internal review under section 54.
(2) An application for review of the decision must be made within 28 days after the day on which the person was given the statement of reasons under section 54(4).
