Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commissioner for Youth Justice must ensure that at least 2 youth justice custodial officers carry out the disposal of an article or thing that has been seized at a youth justice custodial centre.
(2) If an article or thing is disposed of, the Commissioner for Youth Justice must ensure that the prescribed details are recorded in the Seizure Register.
