Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Commissioner for Youth Justice may give to a visitor to a youth justice custodial centre any orders that are necessary for the operational management of the youth justice custodial centre and maintaining the safety, security and stability of the centres.
(2) A visitor to a youth justice custodial centre must not contravene an order given under subsection (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
