Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) An act or omission by a child or young person does not constitute the commission of an offence by that child or young person solely on the basis that the act or omission contravenes a custodial rule.
(2) Nothing in this section prevents a child or young person being charged for the commission of an offence if the act or omission by that child or young person contravenes a provision of any Act or regulation.
