Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) No costs are to be allowed to a party, other than a child—
(a) to an appeal under this Chapter; or
(b) to a new hearing; or
(c) to a proceeding preliminary or incidental to an appeal or a new hearing.
(2) Nothing in subsection (1) prevents the
awarding of costs in accordance with section 345(7)(a), 383(2) or 387(4)
unless the party against whom costs are awarded is a child.
