Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A child detained in a youth justice custodial centre who appeals, or applies for leave to appeal, to the Court of Appeal may apply to the Court of Appeal to be granted bail.
(2) On an application under subsection (1), the Court of Appeal may grant the detained child bail pending the appeal.
