Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the appellate court finds a child guilty of an offence and defers sentencing the child for the purposes of a pre-sentence group conference, it must order a pre-sentence group conference report.
(2) A pre-sentence group conference report must be prepared by the convenor of the pre-sentence group conference.
