YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 349

    (1)     This Part applies to an appeal under Part 8.1 or 8.2.

    (2)     This Part applies to the following reports in an appeal under Part 8.1 or 8.2—

        (a)     a pre-sentence report;

        (b)     a supplementary pre-sentence report;

        (c)     a pre-sentence group conference report;

        (d)     a youth justice planning meeting report.
