YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 308

Court may issue notice to appear before court in relation to contravention of community-based order

    (1)     While an order specified in subsection (2) is in force in respect of a child, if it appears to the Children's Court that the child has contravened the order, the Court may direct that the child is to be served with a notice to appear before the Court for the matter to be heard.

    (2)     The specified orders are—

        (a)     a good behaviour order; or

        (b)     a community service order; or

        (c)     a probation order; or

        (d)     a youth supervision and support order; or

        (e)     a youth control order.
