Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary may be a committee of management under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 under the name "Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety".
(2) Any record relating to a committee of management to which subsection (1) applies must refer to the committee of management in the name of "Secretary to the Department of Justice and Community Safety".
