Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Children's Court may give a warning to a child when the child attends the Court under section 294, stating that the Court at a later time may vary or revoke a youth supervision and support order or a youth control order in force in respect of the child if—
(a) the Court considers that the child is failing to comply with the conditions of the order; and
(b) the Court considers it
appropriate to give such a warning.
