Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the Children's Court makes a youth control order in respect of a child, the Court may order that the child's parent give an undertaking, with or without conditions, to support the child to comply with the youth control order for a period not exceeding the period of the youth control order.
(2) The reference in subsection (1) to the child's parent does not include the DFFH Secretary.
