Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the Children's Court finds a child guilty of one or more offences, whether indictable or summary, the Court may order that the child be of good behaviour by not re-offending for a certain period.
(2) The Court must not make a good behaviour order unless the child consents to the making of a good behaviour order.
