YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 232

Report of pre-sentence group conference

The convenor of a pre-sentence group conference must—

        (a)     prepare a group conference report for the Children's Court; and

        (b)     include in the report the pre-sentence outcome plan, if any, agreed to by the child.
