Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If the Children's Court defers sentencing under section 222 to allow the child to participate in a pre-sentence group conference, the Court must order that a pre-sentence group conference be held in accordance with Part 7.4.

(2) If the Children's Court defers sentencing under section 222 to allow the child to participate in a youth justice planning meeting, the Court must order that a youth justice planning meeting be held in accordance with Division 6 of Part 7.8.
