Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Children's Court may take any action in respect of a child for an alleged offence that the Court considers to be appropriate in the circumstances if a convenor of an early diversion group conference notifies the Court under Part 4.4—
(a) that an early diversion group conference in respect of the alleged offence is not appropriate in the circumstances; or
(b) that the early diversion group conference in respect of the alleged offence has been discontinued.
