Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Secretary must develop an Aboriginal-led early diversion group conference model for the purposes of the conduct of early diversion group conferences in respect of Aboriginal children who choose to participate in the model.
(2) An Aboriginal-led early diversion group conference model must be developed in collaboration with representatives of the Aboriginal community on justice-related issues.
