Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe Chief Commissioner of Police may take any action in respect of a child for an alleged offence that the Chief Commissioner considers to be appropriate in the circumstances if a convenor of an early diversion group conference notifies the Chief Commissioner—
(a) under section 125 that an early diversion group conference in respect of the alleged offence is not appropriate in the circumstances; or
(b) under section 132 that an early diversion group conference in respect of the alleged offence has been discontinued.
