Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsA victim (if any) of an alleged offence who does not attend an early diversion group conference for a child in respect of the alleged offence may provide a written communication to the convenor for the purposes of expressing—
(a) the victim's experience of the child's alleged offending and the impact that it had on the victim; and
(b) the victim's expectations for the early diversion outcome plan.
