Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Notice to a child of the child's referral to an early diversion group conference must be in writing in the prescribed form.
(2) The notice must contain the following—
(a) the child's name;
(b) the child's date of birth;
(c) the child's residential address;
(d) the name of the referring police officer;
(e) the contact details of the referring police officer;
(f) details of the alleged offence for which the referral will be made, including a summary of the allegations being made against the child;
(g) any other prescribed information.
