YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 1109

Definitions

In section 4 of the Prisoners (Interstate Transfer) Act 1983 , in the definition of State sentence of imprisonment —

        (a)     paragraph (a) is repealed ;

        (b)     for paragraph (b) substitute —

    "(b)     in a youth justice custodial centre within the meaning of the Youth Justice Act 2024 ; or".
