(3) In section 86(4) of the Melbourne City Link Act 1995 —
(a) for " Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 " substitute " Youth Justice Act 2024 ";
(b) in paragraph (a), omit "Schedule 3 to";
(c) paragraph (b) is repealed ;
(d) in paragraph (c), for "Schedule" substitute "Act".
