YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 1090

Duplicate warrants

    (1)     In section 59(4) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , after "justice" (where twice occurring) insert "custodial".

    (2)     In section 59(5) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , after "justice" insert "custodial".
