Power to adjourn proceeding

    (1)     In note 1 at the foot of section 331(2) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , after "justice" insert "custodial".

    (2)     In section 331(7) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , after "justice" insert "custodial".
