Time limits for filing a charge-sheet

In the note at the foot of section 7(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 , for "5.1A of Chapter 5 of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 " substitute "5.1 of Chapter 5 of the Youth Justice Act 2024 ".
