YOUTH JUSTICE ACT 2024 - SECT 1002

Young offenders—sentence and non-parole period

In section 75 of the Corrections Act 1986 —

        (a)     for " Children, Youth and Families Act 2005 " substitute " Youth Justice Act 2024 ";

        (b)     for "remand centre or youth justice centre" substitute "youth justice custodial centre".
