(1)  The Building Administration Fund established under the Building Act 2000 , as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, is continued for the purposes of this Act.

(2)  The funds of the Fund are to be applied –

(a) for the administration of this Act; and

(b) for any other purpose, relating to building, plumbing or demolition matters, the Minister determines.
