A person must not (a) assault, delay, obstruct, hinder or impede an authorised person in the performance of any function or exercise of any power under this Act; or(b) forge or counterfeit any written evidence of appointment of an authorised person; or(c) make use of any forged, counterfeited or false written evidence of an appointment of an authorised person; or(d) refuse to produce records, information or documents if requested to do so under this Act; or(e) impersonate an authorised person; or(f) falsely pretend to be an authorised person.Penalty: Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
