(1) An owner who is required to comply with a building order, plumbing order or demolition order may, if there is a change in circumstances after the service of the order, request that the person who issued the order amend or revoke the order.(2) A person who receives an application under subsection (1) may, if he or she issued the order that is the subject of the application (a) refuse to amend or revoke the order; or(b) issue an amended order; or(c) revoke the order.(3) An application under subsection (1) is taken to have been refused if action has not been taken under subsection (2) within the specified period.
