(1) If a dilapidated building notice issued in relation to a building is not revoked, the permit authority is to serve a building order relating to the dilapidated building on an owner of the building.(2) A building order relating to a dilapidated building is to direct an owner of the building to perform the building work, or other work, that the permit authority considers is required in order for the building to cease to be a dilapidated building.(3) A building order under this section may be (a) a separate building order; or(b) combined with another building order.
