(1) A general manager may issue a dilapidated building notice to an owner of a building if a dilapidated building report under section 241 states that the building is a dilapidated building.(2) A dilapidated building notice issued to an owner of a dilapidated building is to (a) require the owner to show cause, in the manner and within the period specified in the notice, why the owner should not perform the building work, or other work, specified in the dilapidated building report; and(b) be accompanied by a copy of the relevant dilapidated building report.
