TRANS-TASMAN MUTUAL RECOGNITION (TEMPORARY EXEMPTION FOR BEVERAGE CONTAINERS) REGULATIONS
Regulations under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act
These Regulations may be cited as the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Temporary Exemption for Beverage Containers) Regulations.
These Regulations commence on the commencement of Part 2 of the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act.
For section 46 of the Commonwealth Act, the Environment Protection (Beverage Containers and Plastic Bags) Act is, to the extent it relates to regulated containers, exempt from the operation of the Commonwealth Act.
These Regulations expire 12 months after they commence.
