NORTHERN TERRITORY UNIVERSITY (RULES) BY-LAWS

By-laws under the Northern Territory University Act

1. Citation

These By-laws may be cited as the Northern Territory University (Rules) By-laws. (See back note 1)

1. Publication of Rules

(1) For the purposes of section 50(4) of the Act, the main notice boards for the University are –

(a) in the case of the Casuarina Campus – the notice board in the foyer of the main entrance to the library;

(b) in the case of the Palmerston Campus – the notice board in Building A adjacent to the theatre; and

(c) in the case of the Tiwi campus – the notice board in the central area.

(2) Rules shall not be taken to be published until notice of their making and of the place where copies of them may be obtained has been posted on both of the notice boards referred to in clause (1).
