HAWKERS REGULATIONS

Regulations under the Hawkers Act

1. Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Hawkers Regulations.

1. Form of notice of appeal

A notice of appeal under subsection (1) of section 7A of the Hawkers Act shall be in accordance with the Form in the Schedule.
