SALES TAX (EXEMPTIONS AND CLASSIFICATIONS) (EXCLUDED STBS) REGULATIONS 1997 No. 272 - REG 2

Excluded STBs (Act, subsection 3D (6))

2. For the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of "excluded STB" in
subsection 3D (6) of the Sales Tax (Exemptions and  Classifications) Act 1992
a State/Territory body specified in the Schedule is an excluded
State/Territory body in relation to any time after the commencement of these
Regulations.
