Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) If a prepackaged product is packed or sold, the package containing the product must be marked with the name and address of the person who packed the product or on whose behalf it was packed.

(2) The marking must be:
(a) readily visible and legible; and
(b) appropriate to enable the person to be identified and located.
(3) The address must be a place in Australia where a document may be served personally on the person.
Note A post office box address is not a place where a document may be served personally.
