NATIONAL TRADE MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 233 OF 2009) - REG 4.40

         (1)   For paragraph 20 (1) (v) of the Act, this regulation prescribes a national group test procedure for prepackages for the purposes of Subdivision 4-B of Division 4 of Part VI of the Act.

         (2)   An inspector must determine the quantity of the content of each sampled prepackage in accordance with the relevant National Instrument Test Procedure.
