NATIONAL TRADE MEASUREMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SLI NO 233 OF 2009) - REG 4.29

         (1)   For Subdivision 2-B of Division 2 of Part VI of the Act, any expression that:

                (a)    is not a marking that is required or permitted by the Act; and

               (b)    directly or indirectly relates to, or qualifies, a measurement marked on the package;

is a prohibited expression.

                (a)    directly or indirectly relates or refers to:

                          (i)    the measurement of the product; or

                         (ii)    any ingredient or component of the product; or

                         (iii)    any ingredient or component of any source from which the product is derived; and

               (b)    cannot be tested for its truth by testing the product;

is a prohibited expression.
