Commonwealth Numbered Regulations Commonwealth Numbered Regulations(1) If a measurement marking includes a fraction of a unit of measurement, it must be expressed as a decimal sub-multiple of the unit.
(2) A measurement marking that is a whole multiple or a sub‑multiple, or a combination of both, must express a degree of accuracy to not more than 3 significant figures.
